To help you practice accurately at home between classes we've built an online video library of all the movements you'll be covering in our classes
You can see the video titles which are available below, and more will be added as the course progresses.
When you subscribe to the video recordings you can watch each video as many times as you wish during your subscription period via the password which will be emailed to you when you subscribe.
People who already attend our classes can subscribe at the discounted rate of £6 per month at the same time as renewing their classes. If you've already paid for your classes then just ask me for a link or speak to me in class if you'd like to subscribe for the current block's recordings
If you don't attend our classes then the fee is £10 per month

Maybe you cant get to a live class in person?
We also provide weekly online classes via Zoom
Everyone who subscribes to Zoom also receives the Zoom class recordings to practice along to in their own time. So if you can't make the Zoom class at 9.30am on a Friday don't worry, we will email you the recording. We cover various Qigong sets in our Zoom clsses. The content is different to the classes in person as most people don't have lot of space at home, so we select sets which are easily performed in a small space, facing your screen
In September/ January / Easter (and sometimes at half terms too) I start teaching a new set of movements via Zoom and this is when new learners can join the live Zoom class for £7 per week - just book via the link below and you can either join straight away, or we will let you know when a new set starts - as you prefer.
