DAYTIME & EVENING TAI CHI classes near howden
We have recently moved the class which served Howden to a bigger brighter venue in Eggborough. Depending where you live, this may be too far - sorry! but if you're OK to travel to Eggborough - read on.
There are Friday morning (11am) and Friday evening (6.30pm) classes at Eggborough Village Hall. The classes form a progressive learning course and the first block of classes costs £48 in total for the first 6 weeks, Thereafter further blocks take you deeper, (if you wish to continue) at the same cost. No annual contracts, no uniforms, no other hidden fees or purchases required.
We also offer pay as you go classes in Kellington (Sat 9.30am) These are less 'progressive' than Eggborough classes in that they mainly utilise a 'follow me' approach and don't build a long complicated sequence week on week - ideal if you can't attend every week or don't wish to learn a complicated 'form' but still want to exercise in a controlled way to improve health and wellbeing. £10 on the door (Card only) or £8 per class if you buy 3 entries which can be used at ANY Kellington Saturday morning class.
