Kellington Tai Chi Qigong - Saturday Morning drop-in classes
Discover the Art of Tai Chi QIGONG for health and vitality
Our Kellington Tai Chi Qigong class is suitable for adults of all ages and abilities and you can join at any time as we always keep the movements suitable for new joiners.
Our experienced instructor will guide you through each movement, helping you to improve your posture, balance, and flexibility. Tai Chi is also a great way to reduce stress, improve mental clarity, reduce aches and pains and boost your overall health and wellbeing.
Join us for Saturday morning Tai Chi at Kellington Village Hall and discover the many benefits of this ancient Chinese exercise.
The class runs from 9.30-10.30am, usually three Saturdays a month (see dates below).
The cost is £8 on the door, or if you prefer to block-book and make a commitment to attend you can click to buy our Three Class Pass for £24 - entries are only used when you attend.
Please don't attend if you have any signs of a cold so you don't spread your illness to others in the class, thanks :)
No need to book in advance, just turn up from 9.20am for a 9.30 start on the dates below only.
