We cover Qigong exercises for health, Tai Chi foundations and some other fun exercises such as Tai Chi Stick, Tai Chi Fan and more.
The class involves gently moving the body through a range of Tai Chi Qigong exercises which promote strength, flexibility, balance good health and which calm and de-clutter the mind. The class is slow-paced and movements are performed within your own personal comfort range.
Suitable for people with reasonable mobility, who perhaps can't commit to regular attendance or just prefer not to have to memorise a long sequence of Tai Chi.
